On a long straight road in Arizona, there is a broken-down gas station where a man is seen leaving. He is worn, physically and visually. His cloths unkempt and seasoned. Something shakes a fence on his right, he looks up in haste, but there is nothing there. His shoulders sink back into relaxation as he looks down at the ground for a moment with a long stare. He then walks back to his jeep and drives off down the long road to nowhere.

As he drives, he picks up a note pad and starts to write his words. He looks to the dashboard, at a picture. In the image is 7 people as well as himself. In his world, 7 years ago a global event occurred costing him everything, including those 7 people. All week long he has been thinking about this day, the 7th anniversary of the day they were taken. The words that he is writing is a letter to those 7 people. Those words are the lyrics to this song.

He fights through the day, thinking of the past and of the hard times since. That night he lights 7 candles in their memory as he battles the loss of yesterday and the thought of nothing tomorrow. Their memory may help keep him going for 7 more miles, for 7 more days.
